TNPSC Group 4 Application – Last Date Extended upto 14.09.2016

TNPSC has extended the last date for 2015 – 16 Group 4 application. The last date is now 14.09.2016 (Wednesday). 

TNPSC has notified the 2015 – 16 Group IV in Notification No.15/2016 dated 09.08.2016.  Application is invited through online mode and the aspirants are asked to apply from 09.08.2016 to 08.09.2016. Since many of the aspirants are not able to apply in last minute and there was a server error, the TNPSC has now extended the last date for application upto 14.09.2016 (though it is an usual behaviour of tnpsc :-P).

The key facts of TNPSC Group 4 notification:

Application date : 09.08.2016 to 14.09.2016 (extended)

Total Vacancies : 5451

Date and Time of Written Examination : 06.11.2016 FN (10 AM to 1 PM)

Scheme of written Examination (objective type) (OMR METHOD):-

General Studies (75 itemes) + Aptitude Test (25 items) = 100 items (questions)

General Tamil/ General English  = 100 items (questions)

Total = 200 items (questions)

Total Marks = 300

Duration   –  3 Hours

Minimum qualifying marks – 90

Important thing to remind:

Application is only through Online Mode.

One time Registration is mandatory.

Keep in mind that, only 09.09.2016 (Friday) & 12.09.2016 (Monday) are working days for payment of fees through banks. Also 14.09.2016 will be holiday in some districts of Tamil Nadu in celebration of Onam Festival. So remember to complete the registration of Group 4 application and payment of fees within due dates.
